Weekly thorough inspections of the residence, grounds, and any additional buildings located on the property, including docks and boats.
Inspections include Interior/Exterior, assuring that the property is secure, leak free and that all utilities are functioning properly. We recognize issues & solutions before they are major expenses!
Exterior Inspections include but are not limited to:
- Basement/Crawlspace is secure and undamaged
- Downspouts are affixed and directed properly
- All security lighting is functioning properly
- All utilities are secure and in place. Electric meter-Gas meter- AC units- Generator (this is of great concern due to many thefts of AC condenser units post “SANDY”)
- All points of entry to residence are secure and undamaged
- All trash/recycling receptacles are secured
- Complete inspection of property grounds for any unusual or suspicious activity
Interior Inspections include but are not limited to:
- Inspect all points of entry into the residence
- Monitor all exposed plumbing for signs of leaks
- Inspect all water usage appliances for signs of leaks
- Monitor residences heating/cooling thermostats ensuring proper function
- Activate all plumbing ensuring that all drain traps are filled eliminating foul odors
- Inspect electrical panel for any tripped breakers
- Monitor appliances for temp/humidity
